Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://omautoservice.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. OM Auto Service reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Oil Change, Suspension Repair, Engine Tune Up, Brake Inspection, Transmission Service provided by OM Auto Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. OM Auto Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. OM Auto Service makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, OM Auto Service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify OM Auto Service against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
